Kohli's butter fingers lead the list

Indian skipper Virat Kohli has been absolutely brilliant throughout 2017. He ended the year leading the top run-scorers' list in ODIs in 2017 and also became the 4th most run-getter in Tests.
The leader of the Men in Blue amassed over 1000 runs in both 5-day-long and 50-overs' games. He has clubbed 2519 runs in these two formats in 2017, more than any other batsman.
Apart from scoring 11 centuries in the aforementioned formats, Kohli has taken 10 catches in the 10 Test matches he has played. The captain of team India missed 7 catches in return. That makes him the player with the most number of catches dropped in Tests in 2017.

Five more players dropped 5 catches each last year. Among them, Mark Stoneman missed all five chances he had gotten.
Shane Dowrich had taken 32 catches, being the player with the most number of catches taken on the list. Steven Smith, Alastair Cook, Dean Elgar and Aussie skipper Steve Smith are also on this list.
