Dawid Malan wants England to be aggressive

England may not have had a great Ashes thus far, but they
had some positives—and Dawid Malan is one of them. The Englishman played quite
spectacularly in the third Ashes in WACA and has now called for his team-mates
to be as aggressive with the Kangaroos as they have been with the Three Lions.
"I personally believe we need to be as aggressive with
these guys as they are with us," he said.
Malan then stated the reason behind his claims, point out
the fact that letting the Aussies go softly allows them to dominate against the
opponent.
"If you ever take your foot off the gas with these
blokes, they seem to really, really dominate.
"It showed at Adelaide when we were aggressive to them
under lights in their second innings - we attacked them, and they fell away just
as we did at certain times."

However, Malan is not advocating sledging, something which
the Baggie Green have seemed to master, all he wants is a positive body
language.
"It doesn't mean you have to chirp," he said.
"It doesn't mean you have to get in people's faces, but
... be positive in everything and don't take your foot off and let them get
into the game."
The WACA-centurion then plead his team to avoid making
mistakes as Steven Smith and his men always pounce on them and make the
visitors pay for it. He also recommended the team to be mentally strong as the
pitch is a really tough place to be.
"One little mistake out here, and these guys seem to
pounce on it," added Malan.
"You have to be mentally strong.
"It is a tough place, but it is as tough as you make
it.
"If you put it in on a pedestal and you aren't willing to take these guys on, they seem to jump on top of you."
