Virat Kohli uncertain about future Australia tours but rules out retirement

Pakistan skipper Babar Azam was elated and stated that it was a “proud moment” for him to be praised by India star batter Virat Kohli.
Speaking to Indian sports channel, Star Sports, on Thursday, Babar revealed how he felt regarding the comments given about him by Kohli during the 2022 World Cup.
“It feels really good. When someone talks about you like this. And what Kohli has said, has made me very proud and happy,” said Babar.
Babar reminisced about past conversations with Kohli when he answered his questions patiently during the 2019 World Cup.
“Such praise gives you confidence. When I met him in 2019, he was at his peak. He’s still at his peak. I wanted to take something from his game. I learnt a lot from him. He gave a detailed explanation to all my questions. That helped me. When you do such things for each other, it feels really good.”
India and Pakistan will face off in the 2023 Asia Cup on September 2 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy.
