Bangladesh once again crumble on day 2

The nightmare of the West Indies tour continuous for the Tigers as Shakib Al Hasan and his men once again find themselves on the verge of losing against the Caribbean outfit.
This time, however, a little pride can be found in the fact that it won’t be an innings defeat. After bowling out the hosts for 354 on day 2, there was a glimmer of hope for the Tigers to perhaps win the encounter.
They started decently but at 20 runs, they lost two wickets in quick succession. Both Mominul and Liton Das were out in a space of three balls as Shakib and Tamim Iqbal held together the innings for a while.
Shakib fell soon and then two balls later, Mahmudullah went out for a duck. Mushfiqur Rahim and Tamim Iqbal stood for a while but when the former’s wicket fell, the incoming Nurul Hasan Sohan also got out for a duck.
In the end, the Tigers got out for 149 runs and became the first side in the last 60 years to get out for less than 150 runs in five successive innings.
In response, West Indies could only bat for 9 overs and lost the precious wicket of Kraigg Brathwaite and put up on 19 runs on board.
