Waqar Younis rates PSL above IPL-BPL

Some of the best bowling displays in T20 cricket have been witnessed in the Pakistan Super League this season. From Mohammed Sami to Shaheen Afridi, bowlers of every age did well in the league, prompting Pakistan legend Waqar Younis to believe that the PSL is best when it comes to bowling standards.
"I think the quality of bowling in PSL is better than any league in the world if you look around," Waqar said in an interview to ESPNCricinfo.
He also stated that the pitches helped the bowlers in many ways, which is why most of the games isn’t the PSL didn’t have runs raining down like cats and dogs. He also insisted that having low-scoring games are unique in its own way.

"Of course the pitches are not batting oriented. The pitches are not flat where you can just hit through the line and the ball will fly over. Over here you really have to graft your innings, you've got to be sensible, smart, which I think makes this PSL more interesting.
"I don't mind low scoring games as long as people enjoy a good bowling attack. I enjoy it and this is something very different and unique," the former Pakistan cricketer remarked.
