Naeem Islam scores 50 with Mushfiqur Rahim on the other side

After winning the toss and choosing to field first, Prime
Doleshwar were stunned with some gritty batting performance from the in-form
Abdul Mazid and his opening partner Mohammed Naim. They started well and put up
52 runs on board when Naim got out for 27.
Meanwhile, Abdul Mazid continued his glowing form to make his
third 50 in the tournament. He has made three half-centuries in this year’s DPL
while also scoring a century as well. He departed soon after reaching his
half-century as he perished for 59 runs from 75 balls.

On the other side, Naeem Islam took over to score a half
century himself. Currently batting at 67 from 81 balls, he played some
beautiful shots to get the runs that he did. Partnering him on the other side
is former Bangladesh Test captain Mushfiqur Rahim, who is batting at 20 from
36.
