Al-Amin takes charge now!

After winning the toss and electing to bowl first, Agrani
Bank faced the tempest caused by the Talukdar brothers. Both Rony and Jony
Talukdar opened the innings for Mohammed and caused a storm against Agrani
Bank.
The duo raced to 71/1 after 9.3 overs before Rony Talukdar
lost his wicket for 26 runs in 28 balls. And guess who took the wicket? Soumya
Sarkar.
After scoring a duck in the match against Sri Lanka the
night before, Sarkar decided to play in this game of the DPL and has had an
instant impact by taking the wicket of the dangerous Rony

Soumya struck once again in a similar fashion when he took
the wicket of Mohammedan captain Shamsur Rahman. Jony Talukdar also left soon
as Mohammad Ishak took his wicket as he got out for a well made 43 of 37 balls.
They stabilized a little after with a 42 run partnership, after which Aminul Islam got out for 17 at the hands of Bangladeshi pacer Al-Amin Hossain. Bipul Sharma and Raqibul Hasan are on the crease now as Mohammedan bat at 121/4 after 22 overs.
