Chennai Super Kings’ (CSK) all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has been ruled out of the rest of tournament with a groin injury. However, before returning back, he urged fans to keep supporting them although they didn’t get the result what they wanted and this has become rather a forgettable season for them.
CSK have been going through a tough phase not only with their performances but their key players – Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh has pulled out their names due to personal reasons before the league starts and now Bravo’s injury came as a massive blow to them. Meanwhile, the team is on the verge of getting out of the league as well.

'It's sad news, it's sad to be leaving my team CSK. To all our CSK fans, I want you all to keep encouraging the team, keep supporting, all the true die-hard CSK fans,' Bravo said in a video message uploaded by the CSK on its Twitter handle.
'This wasn't a season we expected or our fans wanted, but we gave it our best. Sometimes, despite giving our best, the results don't show.' Bravo further shared.
'Keep supporting us and I can guarantee you we're going to come back stronger and better like champions. One of the most successful franchises, I feel we should be proud to be members and fans of CSK.' He again said.
Bravo, who is one of the vital cogs of the CSK team for years, couldn't bowl the final over against Delhi Capitals in Sharjah on October 17 and CSK lost the game too. Notably, he played six games and scored only seven runs in two innings. However, he claimed six wickets which came at an economy rate of 8.57.
With seven losses from 10 games, they are currently placed at the bottom of the league table.
