England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) announced Moeen Ali as the vice-captain for the upcoming ODI series against Ireland.
England is scheduled to play three-match ODI series against Ireland which is scheduled to begin on Thursday 30 July.

Regular vice-captain Jos Buttler will not be available for the white-ball skipper Eoin Morgan as he is playing in the Test series against West Indies currently.
Keeping the squad separate is also a part of the bio-security protocols for ECB.
The right-handed all-rounder Moeen Ali, played his 100th ODI match as part of England's ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2019 campaign, although he got dropped from the lineup one match later because of his off-form.
However, he made a successful return during England's tour of South Africa, playing a key part in their two-wicket win against the Proteas in the third and final ODI to draw the series 1-1.
Moeen Ali will also lead the side in during the two intra-squad practice matches which the English are scheduled to play on Tuesday 21 July and Friday 24 July, as well as an England Lions against Ireland fixture on Sunday 26 July before finalising their final squad for the series.
