London based Indian bookie Sanjeev Chawla claimed that cricket matches are like a movie which has been directed by someone already, said reports.
Chawla has been accused of one of the biggest match-fixing scandals between India and South Africa match in 2000 where the former skipper of the proteas Hansie Cronje was involved.

After a 20 years long chase Chawla has been taken into custody by Indian police where he reportedly said that cricket matches are similar to movies and all matches are fixed.
"No cricket match is fairly played. All the cricket matches which people see are fixed," he was quoted by saying in an Indian daily. He also said that cricket games are just like "movies which are already being directed by someone," he added.
The bookie also claimed that he has been involved with many match-fixing but he refused to say anything about it as he fears that the underworld people he works with might kill him.
"A very big syndicate/underworld mafia is involved in this matter and they are dangerous people and if he says anything they will get him killed,” Chawla concluded.
Chawla also said that the others who have been accused Krishan Kumar, Rajesh Kalra, and Sunil Dara are also involved with him in fixing matches.
