Bangladesh in driving seat against Zimbabwe

Bangladesh has reached 240/3 wickets and are only currently 25 runs behind of Zimbabwe first innings total with seven-wicket remaining during the lone test match at Mirpur’s Sher-e-Bangla national cricket stadium on Sunday.
Bangladesh captain Mominul Haque has scored his first half-century as captain and is 79 run not out. Experienced Mushfiqur Rahim is unbeaten on 32 runs.
Mominul and Mushfiqur Rahim shared 68 runs unbeaten partnership for the third wicket.
Both Mominul and Mushfiqur hot nine and six boundaries in their innings.
Bangladesh has lost one wicket in each session of the day.
After losing Saif Hasan early in the innings Tamim Iqbal and Nazmul Hossain steadied Bangladesh innings. They shared a 78 runs partnership for the first wicket before Tamim was out for 41 runs in the bowling Tiripano.
Tamim in this match has become the first Bangladesh batsman to score thirteen thousand international runs in all formats of the game.

Nazmul Hossain Shanto has scored his maiden test fifty for Bangladesh in this match. Shanto and Mominul also shared a 76 runs partnership for the second wicket.
Shanto was looking good for a big hundred but he misjudged a delivery and was out for 71 runs in the bowling CK Tshuma. This is CK Tshuma's first wicket in test match. Shanto hit seven fours in his innings.
Tiripano, Nyauchi and CK Tshuma all took one wicket for Zimbabwe.
Resuming the day two on 228-6, Zimbabwe was able to add just 37 runs to their overnight total with Rahi and Taijul taking the rest of the four wickets.
Rahi finished with 4-71, his career-best bowling in an innings so far while Nayeem conceded 70 for his four-for. Leading spinner Taijul Islam who was off colour on day one, ended with 2-90.
