BCB seeks players consent regarding Pakistan tour

Bangladesh Cricket Board official said that they have started taking consent of national cricketers for the upcoming tour of Pakistan.
Cricketers were asked to complete the formalities by signing the government order and several cricketers had signed on the paper.
It proves BCB is taking preparation for the upcoming tour of Pakistan that is stranded as the PCB had stated that they won't compromise with after BCB had proposed them to host the Test series in a neutral venue, while they were willing to send their team for the three-match Twenty20 series in Pakistan.

‘’We are just sharing the information with the players, explaining them the situation, briefing about the security advice and government’s position,’’ said BCB chief executive Nizamuddin Chowdhury on Tuesday.
‘’Different opinions came from the players, but noting is formal. There was no final decision about the tour yet,” he said.
Bangladesh are scheduled to tour Pakistan in January-February for a three-match T20 and two-match Test series, which is part of the World Test Championship.
According to BCB sources board will take the final decision in this regard after their board meeting on January 12.
It was learnt that Mushfiqur Rahim had already informed BCB that he is not going to Pakistan tour.
