Can Mani convince BCB during his visit as ICC delegation?

Can Pakistan Cricket Board president Ehsan Mani convince Bangladesh Cricket Board to have a full-fledged tour in Pakistan during his visit two-day visit as ICC delegation in the end of January.
PCB chairman Mani will be touring Dhaka as the ICC commercial and finance head and not as PCB chairman.
Mani will be visiting the country and will be accompanied by Manu Sawhney, Chief executive of ICC.
Although the visit will be entirely on ICC matters it might be possible that on the sideline meetings, the talks would take place with BCB officials regarding Bangladesh upcoming tour of Pakistan that is yet to be finalized whether it will be played here or at a neutral venue because of Pakistan’s strong stance on a scheduled tour of Bangladesh to Pakistan this month.
It is understood that the ICC officials have been invited to attend the final of the Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League Twenty20 on January 17, if not on the last week of January.
“The delegates are expected to discuss over the upcoming events from the ICC after 2023 regarding the tender process of the commercial rights. It’s a routine visit from the ICC,” informed Nizamuddin to the media Wednesday.
Sawnhey was appointed as the fifth ICC CEO in April last year.
