Bangladesh skipper Mominul Haque said on Saturday that they are well prepared for the day-night Test at Eden as they had faced enough swing by the Indian pace trio in the opening Test at Indore.
India cruised to their sixth consecutive Test win in style, bundling Bangladesh out for 213 for an innings-and-130-run win in Indore. Having had declared overnight with 343 on the board, the seamers set up the pounding that India handed Bangladesh on Saturday (November 16).

India needed four wickets for a win going into the final session, and Umesh struck in the first over after the break to end the 56-run stand between Mushfiqur Rahim and Mehidy Hasan, and the inevitable looked around the corner. Mushfiqur still held his end and Taijul Islam spend some time in the middle, but eventually, Mohammed Shami, who finished with a four-wicket haul, nicked him out before R Ashwin wrapped up proceedings.
‘’I think, the swing we played against, I think there won’t be more swing than that[ at Eden],’’ said Mominul.
‘’I think there was enough swing and I think we have had a good practice already. Maybe we will have some challenge. We have to take that challenge positively,’’ he said adding that he feels they have a better chance at Eden considering both the teams are new with pink ball.
‘’Neither they nor we played, so I think it is new opportunity. It’s an excitement because we don’t know when we will play against with the Pink ball again. So I think it is new opportunity, a new excitement,’’ he concluded.
