The second Twenty 20 match between India and Bangladesh is likely to get underway as per schedule as the cyclone 'Maha' is likely to turn into a deep depression, media reports claimed on Thursday.

The last night storm in the evening raised doubts whether the weather will remain good at Rajkot but as the day arrived there were no sign of rain and it gives hope that the second T20I between Bangladesh and India will take place today.
The Bangladesh players had expressed that they wanted the game to go on with captain Mahmudullah Riyad insisting yesterday. But it all depends on the weather which has remained fantastic so far on Thursday morning with sunny skies and no grey clouds in the offing at Rajkot at 10:40 am today.
The storm is currently hovering around 490 km west-southwest of Veraval (Gujarat) and 540 km west-southwest of Diu. It is also likely to bring “heavy to very heavy rains” during the next 48 hours at isolated places in the state along with gusty winds at the speed of up to 90 kmph, an Indian Express report read.
