Bangladesh Cricket Board official said on Saturday that they are expecting to take a decision regarding the upcoming tour of Pakistan by the next two weeks.
BCB official said thatthey are yet to finalize the venue for the tour, scheduled next February though earlier BCB said that it would send a security inspection team to Pakistan to monitor the situation ahead of planned visits of men’s and women’s national team in the coming months.

Bangladesh women’s national team will tour to Pakistan in October to play three Twenty20 internationals and two one-day internationals while the men’s national team is also scheduled to play two Tests and three Twenty20 internationals in February next year.
Teams have been reluctant to visit Pakistan since a deadly militant attack on the Sri Lankan team bus in Lahore in 2009.
Pakistan could recently convince Sri Lanka to undertake a visit for three ODIs and as many Twenty20s. The series, which is currently going ahead, will end on October 9.
‘’You know our honourable board President has always said that security is our first priority. We have that in our mind. This is not just a decision of the board. We haven’t decided whether we will play in Dubai or Pakistan. We are discussing. But we will decide in 10-15 days,’’ said Akram.
‘’This decision will be finalised in board meeting and the green signal has to come from both side (Board and Government),’’ he said.
