Hardik Pandya is set to miss the Bangladesh series in November after struggling with a stress fracture and has been dropped from the Test squad.
Hardik Pandya has become a crucial player in the Indian squad, especially since the last two years, where he has been an influential figure as an all-rounder.

However, the Indian player is struggling with his back problem and is reportedly set to miss the Indian contingent. This comes after Japrit Bumrah was also ruled out of the squad, who was stuck with a stress fracture because of which he is not featuring in the Test series against South Africa.
Moreover, the Indian cricketer has also been excluded from the Baroda team selected for the Vijay Hazare trophy, which is led by his brother Krunal Pandya.
“Hardik is also set to go the United Kingdom to consult the same doctor, who had treated him during the first injury post Asia Cup. He is certainly not playing the Bangladesh series but how long he will be out is still not clear. We will know after he comes back from the United Kingdom,” a senior BCCI official said as quoted by Times of India
