Afghanistan showed their temperament as they posted 242-6 against BCBXI at the end of day one in two-day match at MA Aziz Stadium in Chattogram on Sunday.
Off- spinner Al-Amin Hossain showed Afghanistan how dangerous Bangladeshi spinners could be at their home ground as his four wicket haul was the highlight of the host team against the tourist.
The part-time spinner claimed 4-51 to spark the Afghans collapse after a sedate start by the visitors and the approach of the openers will surely give an indication that they are well prepared to take the toll of longer-version cricket.

Apart from Al-Amin’s four-for, pacer Sumon Khan took 2-21.
The first Test between Bangladesh and Afghanistan starts from September 5 at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium.
