Indian captain Virat Kohli said they have moved on from the World Cup semifinal defeat against New Zealand. Although the first few days were difficult for them, Kohli said as professional players they have moved on from that shocking defeat.
"The first few days after we exited the World Cup were quite difficult. Till the time the tournament got over, every time we woke up it was the worst feeling in the morning. Then through the day you do things and sort of get on with your life. We are professionals. We move ahead. Every team has to move on," Kohli said at the press conference.

India were one of the favorites to win the World Cup. They had all the armories in their arsenal to become the World Champion. India also topped the table in the group stage. But unfortunately, they couldn't chase down 240 runs in the semifinal given by the Kiwis, they lost the match by 18 runs. They are now OK with what happened in the World Cup and just want to get back into the field.
"So we are quite okay with what happened in the World Cup. Yesterday the fielding session and the little bit of time we spent on the field was really good. Everyone was excited, looking forward to just playing, just being on the field again. I think that's the best thing you can do as a team, just get on the park as soon as possible," Kohli added.
India cricket team is currently in the USA. Where they will play three T20 matches against West Indies. The first T20 match will be played today and the match will start at 8.30 pm (BD Time).
