Wicket-keeper batsman Matthew Wade and all-rounder Mitchell Marsh have been called up to Australia World Cup squad as a cover of injured batsman Usman Khawaja and all-rounder Marcus Stoinis in the South Africa match.
Khawaja suffered a hamstring injury and Stoinis sustained side strain injury in Australia's dramatic loss to South Africa in Manchester on July 6.
Khawaja and Stoinis are set to undergo scans on July 7 and after the scan report their future in the World Cup is determined, with both players still officially a part of Australia's 15-man Cup squad at this stage. However, it seems Khawaja's hamstring injury is likely to rule the left-hander out for the rest of Australia's campaign.

It's the second time during the tournament that Marsh has been called up to cover for Stoinis, who suffered a side strain in Australia's loss to India before he passed a fitness test ahead of the Bangladesh match at Trent Bridge.
Both Wade and Marsh have been in fine touch for Australia A.
Wade plundered 355 runs in four one-day innings at a superb rate, including a scorching century of 45 balls against Derbyshire, the fastest List A century by an Australian.
Marsh has been more calculative in the middle order, posting four unbeaten scores of 40, 29, 53 and 4 in the four victories on tour.
