Indian Tennis star and Spouse of Pakistani Cricketer Shoaib Malik, Sania Mirza expressed her frustration about the bewildering ads that are being shown on TV regarding the Pakistan vs India clash on June 16. Sania believes its just cricket, there is no need to overhyping things.
“It’s only cricket for God’s sake, and if you think it's any more than that get a grip or get a life.” Sania slammed media on her twitter.

“Cringeworthy ads on both sides of the border, seriously guys, you don’t need to hype up or market the match anymore especially with rubbish. It has enough attention already. “ Sania twitted on her social media.
All this started when Star sports telecasted a controversial ad regarding the India vs Pakistan match, where Indian supporter describes himself as the “ Abbu “ [ Father ] of Pakistan, expressing their supremacy over Pakistan in the World Cup. Bangladesh also featured in that ad as a brother of Pakistan.
As a counter, Pakistani Tv channel, Jazz Tv also telecasted a disturbing ad, featuring a character who is seen mimicking Indian Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman, who was captured by the Pakistani military a day after the Balakot airstrike.
Sania Mirza believes these ads create nothing but hatred among the people of the two countries. Sania Mirza is an Indian tennis player who married cricket Shoaib Malik on April 12, 2010. So, she is aware of the hatred the people of these two countries have towards each other.
