After being bowled out for 202 runs in 38.2 overs, Bangladesh failed to defend their total, as Pakistan Shaheens chased it down in the 35th over with seven wickets in hand.

Batting first, Bangladesh lost their first wicket for just 6 runs, as Tanzid Tamim departed after scoring 6 runs. Captain Najmul Hossain Shanto tried to stabilize the innings but failed to make an impact, scoring just 12 runs off 21 balls before heading back to the pavilion with the team’s total at 50 runs.

Before his dismissal, Towhid Hridoy contributed 20 runs off 33 balls, while Mushfiqur Rahim managed only 7 runs.
