‘’Definitely, he [Mustafizur] will have to prove his fitness in the NCL game for the upcoming Test series against India. The physio had given us some guideline. He was supposed to play from the first match. Because he has some problem in ankle, he was not able to take the full load and because he could not take the proper load he could not play in the first match [of NCL],’’ said Minhajul.

‘’Now he is recovering. We have to see, how many overs he can bowl. I have been given a guideline that he cannot bowl more than 15 overs [per day] in the upcoming match and so we will see that and check about his fitness by seeing how he is responding during the four-day games,’’ he said.

‘’This is completely a decision of team management [whether Mustafizur will play two Test match or not]. We don’t work in the field. There is fitness trainer, bowling coach- they will update about him, whether he can bowl in back to back matches, how many overs he can bowl,’’ he said when his attention was drawn regarding Mustafizur availability in both the Test matches.
