Nigar Sultana Joty's side was found to be one over short of the required target after time allowances were taken into consideration.
The sanction was imposed by G.S. Lakshmi of the Emirates International Panel of Match Referees under Article 2.22 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which deals with minimum over-rate offences.
Under the regulation, players are fined five per cent of their match fee for every over their team fails to bowl within the allotted time.
Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana pleaded guilty to the offence and accepted the proposed sanction, eliminating the need for a formal hearing.
The charge was levelled by on-field umpires Vrinda Rathi and Humaira Farah, third umpire Saleema Imtiaz and fourth umpire Rabab Ahsan.
