Bangladesh pacer Nahid Rana flew to rejoin Peshawar Zalmi ahead of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) final, scheduled to be held on May 3 in Lahore.

Pakistan Super League finalists Peshawar Zalmi have confirmed their place in the title clash, with Nahid expected to feature in the high-profile final after receiving late clearance from the Bangladesh Cricket Board.

The right-arm pacer had previously featured in five matches for Zalmi before returning home ahead of Bangladesh’s ODI series against New Zealand.

Although initial plans suggested he would not return to Pakistan due to workload management and upcoming Test commitments against Pakistan, the board later reversed its decision within six days.

In an official statement, the BCB confirmed the change in stance regarding his No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Hyderabad Kingsmen will face Islamabad United on Friday for Qualifier 2, with the winner advancing to a bite at the title on Sunday against Zalmi.
