The match started with Khelagar winning the toss and
choosing to bowl first. It turned out to be a great decision as their batsmen
did really well. While opener Shadman Islam went out early after making 14 runs
off 16 balls, Sabbir Hossain did a better job to score 34 from 48 balls.
Towhid Hridoy was the next to go, but even he scored 24 from
36 balls before being bundled up by Menaria. Uday Kaul, meanwhile, raised a storm on the other end, making his first century this season. He is batting at 106 after facing 118 balls
Highly-rated youngster Afif Hossain has also supported him incredibly well, batting at a good pace to score 42 from 41 balls. Shinepukur are batting at 232/3 after 43 overs.
