Cumilla Warriors newly appointed captain Dawid Malan won the toss and decided to bowl against Rajshahi Royals in the 23rd match of the ongoing Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League at Sher-e- Bangla National Stadium on Saturday.
Warriors appointed Malan, who scored a brilliant hundred in his last innings, to lead the side as their regular skipper Dasun Sanaka has left in order to play for Sri Lanka.
Rajshahi Royals has lost only one game in the tournament and Cumilla Warriors has won only two games in the tournament so far.
Team changes
Cumilla has made four changes in their playing eleven. Dasun Shanaka and Bhanuka Rajapaksa have left them south Africa players Stain Van zyl and Davis Wiese will play for Cumilla today
Rajshahi has made two changes as they Irfan Sukkor and Nahidul Islam in place of pace duo Abu Jayed Rahi and Kamrul Islam Rabbi.
