India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has announced his retirement from the T20 Internationals following their T20 World Cup title win.
Jadeja took to social media to announce his decision, however, Jadeja clarified that he will continue to represent the country in ODIs and Tests.
"With a heart full of gratitude, I bid farewell to T20 internationals. Like a steadfast horse galloping with pride, I’ve always given my best for my country and will continue to do so in other formats," Jadeja posted.
"Winning the T20 World Cup was a dream come true, a pinnacle of my T20 International career. Thank you for the memories, the cheers, and the unwavering support. Jai hind," he added.
Jadeja regarded as one of the finest all-rounders in Indian cricket across all formats for the past decade, has retired from T20I cricket at the age of nearly 36.
