Athar Ali Khan becomes first Bangladeshi in PSL commentary panel

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officially announced the commentary team on Sunday through a press release, confirming Athar Ali's inclusion in a star-studded lineup.

Joining him on the panel are former England Test captain Sir Alastair Cook, Mark Nicholas, Dominic Cork, and Mark Butcher.
South Africa’s JP Duminy and experienced commentator Mike Haysman will also lend their voices, alongside New Zealand’s Martin Guptill and Australia’s two-time Women’s World Cup winner Lisa Sthalekar.

For the first time in PSL history, there will be a dedicated Urdu commentary broadcast. The special Urdu panel includes Ali Younis, Aqeel Samar, Marina Iqbal, Salman Butt, and Tariq Saeed.
Additionally, some of the main commentators will also provide Urdu commentary for selected matches. Erin Holland and Zainab Abbas will lead the hosting duties.
The 10th edition of the PSL will feature a total of 34 matches across Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi. The tournament will kick off on April 11 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium and conclude with the final on May 18 at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
