Sabbir Rahman doesn’t know anything

Bangladesh batsman, Sabbir Rahman, has claimed ignorance
about his most recent misdeed. The star has once again found himself marred in
controversy after physically assaulting a fan during a game in the National
Cricket League.
In the same match, he also misbehaved with the umpires. As a
result, the match referee reported his case to the BCB, who have now left it to
the disciplinary committee to take a decision on what repercussion the elegant
right-handed batsman has to face.
However, when asked about the incident, Sabbir Rahman acted
as though he knew nothing about it.

“Which incident?” he asked the reporters when they approached
him to talk about it.
When reminded about the incident, he was adamant that
nothing was known to him just yet.
“I still don’t know much. Let there be talks about it first,
I can’t say anything right now. If I know something, I will let you all know
too.”
It is likely that Sabbir is avoiding further scrutiny by
spilling the beans. According to the code of conduct, BCB could fine him about
5 lac taka and also give him a suspension from domestic cricket for a period of
3 to 6 months.
