New Zealand series has been disappointing for Bangladesh team so far and their senior players including Shakib Al Hasan were most disappointing. Even though, Shakib didn’t have a good ODI series, he has managed to become the best all-rounder in the ODI again.
Currently, in the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) latest ranking for all-rounder in ODI, Shakib is in the first position with 377 points while Srilankan all-rounder and captain, Angelo Mathews is behind him with 355 points.
In the ODI bowler’s rankings, Shakib has managed to claim the 6th position and he is the only Bangladeshi bowler who is in the top 10. Meanwhile, Shakib Al Hasan is the second-best all-rounder in Tests and T20Is in the International Cricket Council’s (ICC’s) latest rankings.
When it comes to T-20I, Australian danger man, Maxwell is well ahead of him with 388 points while Shakib has 346 points.
On the other hand, Indian all-rounder, Ravichandran Ashwin is currently having a wonderful phase in his cricket playing career. He had a wonderful test series against New Zealand and England which showed reflection in ranking too.
Ashwin is currently in the first position of ICC’s Test all-rounder’s ranking with 482 points and Shakib Al Hasan is behind him with 405 points.
