Star West Indian cricketer, Deandra Dottin who has been playing for Brisbane Heat had a sickening head clash with teammate Laura Harris in the Women’s Big Bash League match against the Melbourne Stars in Brisbane on Tuesday while attempting to save a boundary and then she was taken to hospital immediately.

According to a report on the Cricket Australia website, the incident happened in the 11th over of the chase. Meg Lanning hit seamer Haidee Birkett over midwicket. Dottin and Harris were the fielders in the vicinity and, while trying to prevent the ball from crossing the boundary, they crashed into each other.
