Bangladesh team which remained detached from international cricket for almost six months will return to the international arena on Sunday when they will be facing Afghanistan in the first match of three match one-day series.
This one series carries a lot of interests for both the team. Afghanistan, want to prove their strong point in this series after having a great year so far. In 2016 they have won 14 out of 23 matches. Having a youngster team like this with a touch of senior players as well Afghanistan will definitely want a positive outcome from this series.
For Bangladesh, they will be playing ODI match after ten long months. Also they haven’t played any international match since March-April after the World T20. So, it will be a tough ask for them to continue their upward performance in this format.
