On the home match Kolkata Knight Riders faced Gujarat Lions; winning the toss Gujarat Skipper elected to bowl first. After the twenty overs of the game KKR managed to score 158 runs at the cost of 4 wickets, which was at one stage totally unimaginable. Both the man got their fifties and take KKR on high.
But chasing down this total Gujarat easily reached to the target with 12 balls to spare. They won the match five wickets. He took Bravo to go for, hitting him for four sixes and lifting the run rate of KKR, on the other hand Yusuf Pathan was aggressive from early of his innings, he got his fifty within 31 balls. Shakib and Yusuf built a partnership worth of 134 runs. At the end they stopped at 158 runs at the cost of four wickets.
