Russell reluctant to reveal his personal target in BPL

Andre Russell has been the premier all-rounder in T20 cricket over the years and helped several teams in domestic T20 tournament clinch the title. He also has been the linchpin of Dhaka Dynamites ever since he joined the star-studded line up.
Russell however was reluctant to reveal his target in this BPL even though he set what target he wants to achieve. He said that he won’t be loud in revealing his goal, rather he wants to keep in his mind and does his work.
“I set personal goals but it’s all in the mind. I don’t like to say it loud. I set personal goals and I tried to achieve. I won’t say I want to get 20 wickets or 500 runs to score but I set my goals,” Russell said.
He said a good start will be key and his side will try to start the tournament with winning note.
“I think we have a good team. Our expectation is still to win. But it’s a new set of guys and I have played with most of these guys before. New tournament and new year so we have to start on the right foot first and see and go from there,” he pointed out.
Russell also believes that they need to make sure that they could execute their experience in right way in the game.
“We are a good team. We have good experienced players both locally and international. So at the end of the day, we just have to make sure we put all the experiences into good use and make sure at the end of the day we leave the field with implementing all the experiences,” he signed off.
